Love from another sunny Maine day! Of course, it drives you crazy. Anyone would lose it if their mind gave them more lies than truth. In fact, we all do. Try one of “stop-smoking” tricks; wear a rubber band around your wrist, and snap it every time you recognize your mind being unreasonable. Soon, you may become far clearer about what is fact and what is fiction, as it were, and then you can blow it off — All of this is a maybe. I noticed I’m handing out advice like Halloween candy, but I believe this might work. It’s likely worth a try. Good luck!
